Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist Romania to join our Customer Service team in Romania (Bucharest) and help maximizing our customer service experience.
The Customer Service Specialist role is responsible for ensuring that all orders and deliveries issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service.
Main responsibilities of the role, reporting to Customer Service Manager:
- Order Processing;
- Delivery management
- Process customer invoices;
- Resolve Customer Complaints;
- Communicate to customers all logistic data, price changes, promotions and allocations;
Qualifications
- SAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel usage
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Appreciate a fast pace and enjoy handling calls and enquiries on a daily basis
- Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about customer
- Be a good listener and results-oriented
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
- You are fluent in Romanian & English
