"My journey in JDE started almost 5 years ago with a traineeship program which helped me achieve a thorough business knowledge base within the company. Learning and understanding how each department works and is involved in the entire workflow, was one solid block in developing my career.
From day 1 I understood that things can be learned by doing and that the most important teacher you will get are your own experiences. JDE hasn’t been only a great school for me, but also the ideal place for taking my ideas from paper to reality. After the traineeship, I continued my adventure in the Sales department in the role of Sales Analyst where I had the chance to implement one of the systems which we are currently using in our day-to-day activities.
Moreover, I wanted to enhance my business acumen, and I took on a new challenge in the Shopper Marketing department where I presently occupy the role of Category Management Specialist. Having built my career foundations through the traineeship and Sales experience, I’ve managed to reach today a place where I can translate my experience, ideas, and decisions into strategies for real-life business situations."
