Accounts Receivable Specialist | 1 year contract
Job Description
- Process accounts receivable transactions: allocation of payments on customers, clearing of paid invoices on customer level, perform AR aging analysis and overdue reports, follow-up with customers for invoices not paid in due time.
- Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Prepare cash receipts for processing
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage collection efforts and associated functions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested by the management
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting and Finance related field
- Minim 1 year in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office tools
- Experience in working with SAP is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluency in Business English, both verbal and writing
