We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and help maximizing our Customer Service experience.
The Supply Chain Specialist role is liaising with regional Customer Service /Logistic /Demand Planning in order to optimize & transform the Customer Experience performance and business processes.
Main responsibilities of the role, reporting to Customer Service Manager:
- Engages with customers and suppliers in order to optimize customer satisfaction and to maximize efficiency
- Analyses data to monitor performance and plan improvements
- Deploys customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Act as a back-up for high impact activities in Supply Chain
- Evaluates the Supply Chain E2E process efficiency
